The church of Antioch
(Acts
13: 2-3)
While they were worshiping the lord and fasting , the Holy Spirit said, "Set apart for me Barnabas and Silas for the work to which
I have called them.
The leaders of the church in Antioch chose Paul and Barnabas to take the gospel
west-ward. Along with John Mark, they boarded ship at Seleucia and set out across the Medeterranean for Cyprus.
